Support that starts with you
Expert care. Individual attention. Your goals.
I combine more than 25 years of physiotherapy experience with specialist Pilates and Reformer training to help you move at a pace that feels right for you.
Move with more confidence
A careful assessment helps me understand how you move, what may be limiting you and what you would like to achieve.
Build strength at the right level
Your exercises are selected, adapted and progressed for your body rather than taken from a generic programme.
Receive individual guidance
You have my full attention throughout, with clear explanations, corrections and a home programme where helpful.

A programme designed around you
Physiotherapy and Pilates, working together
Your first session begins with a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment. Iβll listen to your concerns, discuss your health and movement history, and look at the activities you would like to return to or improve.
I will then create a personalised programme that may combine physiotherapy, Pilates and Reformer Pilates. The aim is to help improve your movement, reduce pain, build strength and support your long-term health at an appropriate pace.
No previous Pilates experience is needed. I will explain each exercise clearly and adapt it as your needs and confidence change.

Why work with Lucy?
Physiotherapy expertise with individual attention
I have worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist for more than 25 years, including 16 years in the NHS and more than a decade as a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist at Poole Hospital.
Alongside my physiotherapy experience, I hold specialist Pilates qualifications and completed the MK Pilates Reformer Diploma in April 2026.
This combination allows me to look beyond the exercise itself. I can consider your health history, observe how your body moves, explain the purpose of each exercise and adapt your programme when needed.
